  • More updates

    Booked a photographer!!  So excited!  It's the photographer that took my glamour shots during my pageant days.  His wife is now the new assistant manager and threw in many perks.  I'm sure they were included but she did make us feel "special!"


    -10 hours of video
    -8 hours of limo
    -tuxedo rental for groom and his men
    -Hair and makeup for me, my girls and the two moms!  (I finaggled that one in...)
    -2 dress rentals as well as a gown for my mom
    -Free rental of chinese traditional garb for the tea ceremony (Hope Vin gets the hat-hee hee)
    -200 thank you cards
    -DVD and VHS of our day
    -Parents photo book X 2
    -2 enlarged photos
    -Studio and outdoor photos
    -Proofs and CD of all photos from all shoots


    I'm very happy they were available.  Why wouldn't they be?  Who gets married in January??  Just so you know, my and Vin's birthdays were compared and the most auspicious day was chosen:  which also happened to be Vin's Grandmother's lunar birthday (God rest her soul).  I think it's a very good sign!! 


    Now I need to complete the stupid paper work so I can book the church.  Got some odds and ends to tie up before they book it.  Including Pre-Cana classes since Vin isn't Catholic.... I will need to take off days... they better approve of them.


    Ordered stamps to send out with our Save the Dates.  I've got a set of stamps for each mailing.  I'm so excited.  I'm not being bridezilla mind you... just want to be different.  This will be a very casual wedding (obviously, it's at a chinese place) but I want it to be FUN FUN FUN!  Be prepared to dance the night away!


    Oh and update on work:  it still sucks.
